All prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience, though charges are processed in British Pounds. The final amount charged might vary based on the exchange rate used by your bank at the time of purchase.

Your orders are shipped using UPS, ensuring secure and trackable delivery. We are committed to your satisfaction, tracking all shipments for quality assurance.

Shipping Costs

• UK Mainland: Free on orders over £50; £5.99 for orders under £50. Delivery within approximately 6-9 working days.
• Ireland and Northern Ireland: £15.00; free for orders over £150. Delivery takes about 3-7 working days.
• European Delivery: £25.00; free for orders over £200. Delivery takes about 3-7 working days.
• Rest of the World: £50.00; free for orders over £500. Delivery takes about 7-10 working days.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your leather goods to decide if they meet your expectations. If you choose to return an item, you may do so for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and that custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Items returned after 14 days can be exchanged or credited to your E-wallet, valid for one year. To ensure a smooth return process, items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and original packaging undamaged. Please include a proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges in the UK will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Please ensure the returns note is included with your returned item. Exchanges are subject to the original delivery charges.

Customer Service

Our inventory is based in our UK warehouse and ready for dispatch. Should an item be unavailable post-order, we will notify you promptly. All transactions are secured and can be made via credit/debit card or PayPal.

Note: Currency conversions may fluctuate, and your card provider may charge a fee, which is beyond our control.

Price Match Promise

We offer to match and beat by 5% any competitor’s price if you find an identical product offered for less elsewhere.
